Why are council trainers needed?
Girl Scouts of Northern California, Konocti Area has more than 4,700 girl members and 2,600 adult volunteers. To assure safe, high-quality, relevant programming for girls, our council policies state that training is required for all adult volunteers. To accomplish this, volunteer trainers play a vital role in preparing volunteers for their positions.
