Family Partnership
Is your family a member of Family Partnership? Do you know that Girl Scout Cookie and Fall Product Sale Programs only account for about one-half of GSKC’s expenses and that your $10 registration fee does not go to GSKC but directly to Girl Scouts of the United States of America (GSUSA)? Do you know that GSKC spends over $276 for the enriching experiences your child will have during one year of Girl Scouting? GSKC needs your help! Becoming a Family Partner is easy, fun and oh so appreciated! A membership of $25 or more will entitle you to receive the Family Partnership patch. Each year that your membership remains in effect at $25 or more you will receive a year bar to add to your Family Partnership patch.
Here are several ways to become a Family Partner:
- Make a direct contribution of $25 or more on the Girl Registration Form to Family Partnership.
- Raise a minimum of $50 in pledges for GSKC in the Human Race. It will take place in Santa Rosa each May. You will also receive a GSKC Human Race t-shirt and patch.
- Recruit companies as corporate sponsors for either the Human Race ($250) or Jewel of a Woman ($500). Recruiting corporate sponsors not only helps Family Partnership but the business will receive many marketing perks, for example: recognition on GSKC’s web site, appreciation in GSKC newsletters and in the Press Democrat.
- Purchase and/or sell a minimum of $25 worth of raffle tickets for GSKC’s Jewel of a Woman fund raising event that takes place next September.
- Purchase and/or sell a minimum of one dinner ticket ($100) to GSKC’s Jewel of a Woman Event in September.
